Journalist and editor
Ruth specialises in architecture, landscape, lighting and construction. Her most recent book, 'Ice Station', about the building of the Halley Research Station in the Antarctic, was published by Park Books in 2015. Her roles as editor of Landscape, the journal of the Landscape Institute; a regular blogger for the Rooflight Company; frequent chair for RIBA Journal events; author of white papers for Building Design on topics ranging from winning work to starting a new practice; and award judge means that Ruth knows good architecture.
